BACOLOD City – Police served a warrant of arrest to a detainee in the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
Roy Mendoza, 48, of Barangay 5 was charged with violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 (Section 5 and Section 11 of Article II), a police showed.
The arrest warrant was served around 8:50 a.m. on May 23.
Judge Reginald Fuentebella of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 59 in San Carlos City ordered Mendoza’s arrest.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
