BACOLOD City – A man was nabbed for illegal possession of firearms in Barangay Bunga, Don Salvador Benedicto, Negros Occidental.
Police recovered a .38-caliber revolver from Jonathan Villarico, 49, of the town’s Barangay Kumaliskis.
He was brought to the Don Salvador Benedicto police station around 9:30 a.m. on March 30.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act will be filed against Villarico./PN
