BACOLOD City – Four residents of Hinigaran, Negros Occidental were arrested for alleged illegal fishing.
They were Romar Diamante, 39; JB Casuyon, 32; Reynaldo Esmayan, 53; and Jerry Navida, 41.
The suspects were caught on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Clarence Zerrudo of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court (Jordan-Nueva Valencia-Sibunag in Guimaras).
They were caught around 9:50 a.m. on Aug. 31 in Barangay 3, Hinigaran and detained at the municipal police station./PN
