ILOILO City – Four persons were arrested at the public market of Tigbauan, Iloilo.
They were Julie Tuliba, Marites Ganolon, Jocelyn Chavez, and Joel Ganolon, all residents of the town.
Police caught the suspects collecting bets for the Peryahan ng Bayan around 12:30 p.m. on July 15.
Recovered from them were P1,154 bet money and gambling paraphernalia, a police report showed.
They were taken to the Tigbauan police station./PN
