ILOILO City – A man accused of illegal gambling was arrested on Tuesday in Purok 4, San Joaquin, Iloilo.
Richard Salcedo, 32, a resident of the town’s Purok 1, was brought to the police station around 1 p.m.
The court approved a P30,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
