ILOILO City – Charged with illegal gambling, Danny Hernandez was arrested in Barangay Poblacion, Barotac Viejo, Iloilo.
Officers caught him on the strength of an alias order of arrest on Tuesday in the village where he also resided, a police report showed.
Hernandez was accused of violating Republic Act 9287, the law increasing penalties for illegal numbers games.
The court set the bail bond for his temporary liberty at P20,000.
The Barotac Viejo police took him in custody./PN
