BACOLOD City – For unauthorized sale of petroleum products, three persons were arrested in an entrapment operation in Barangay Binicuil, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
They were Clarenece Morales, Jun Rey Canagan and Rolan Dumipig.
Recovered from them around 11:05 a.m. on Sept. 16 were 31 filled butane canisters, 80 empty butane canisters and five liquefied petroleum gas tanks, among others, a police report showed.
The suspects were detained at the Kabankalan City police station, facing charges for violation of Presidential Decree 1865, which prohibits illegal trading of petroleum products. /PN
