ILOILO City – Police arrested a man for failing to show permit to transport sand in Barangay Amparo, Pavia, Iloilo.
Edcel Gonzaga was apprehended by the Pavia police around 4 a.m. yesterday.
They chanced upon him driving a multicab loaded with sand.
The suspect was taken to the Pavia police station./PN
