ILOILO – Provincial capitol’s regular and casual-plantilla employees will each receive P25,000 in collective negotiation agreement (CNA) incentive.

The Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) approved Supplemental Budget No. 2 worth P35,250,000 for the General Fund where the CNA incentive of 1,410 qualified capitol employees will come from.

Also receiving the incentive are 785 regular and casual-plantilla employees from 12 district hospitals and the Iloilo Provincial Hospital in Pototan, with the SP approving the P1,798,948.66 budget for Local Economic Enterprise (LEE).

However, Association of Iloilo Provincial Government Employees (AIPGE) president Joecil Mayor clarified: “Sa aton Local Economic Enterprise lain-lain ang amount nga mabaton sang kada hospital employee because naga-depende ini sa savings sang kada hospital unlike sa capitol personnel nga across the board ang makabaton sang P25,000.”

He also said the CNA incentive will be available only to qualified capitol employees and district hospital employees with regular and casual-plantilla positions.

Indi diri qualified ang job orders, contract of services and consultants naton,” he said.

Mayor also disclosed that regular and casual-plantilla employees of the capitol and district hospitals are set to receive P5,000 as a productivity enhancement incentive (PEI) bonus.

Last year, each qualified capitol employees also received P25,000 CNA incentive. They voluntarily shared with district hospital employees after hospitals’ savings were depleted for COVID-19 pandemic-related expenditures./PN
