Gov. Arthur Defensor and top Iloilo province officials banded together to support Senator Joel TESDAMAN Villanueva’s reelection bid, thanking the lawmaker for the various social programs he has implemented in the entire Panay Island. Aside from the endorsement of Governor Defensor, Villanueva gained the support of Representatives Jam Barronda, Buboy Tupas, and Michael Gorriceta, as well as town mayors of the province. Villanueva also secured the endorsement of Iloilo City Mayor Jerry Trenas, Representatives Janette Garin and BJ Biron, as well as former Congressman Ferj Biron whom he met in separate occasions during a recent sortie to the province.
Villanueva expressed gratitude to the support he received from the entire Iloilo province, vowing to continue pushing his advocacy of creating and maintaining jobs in his second term in the Senate.
