ILOILO – The No. 9 most wanted person in the province was arrested by the Estancia Municipal Police Station (MPS) on Monday, April 3.
Fisherman Adelfo N. Mosqueda, 57, a resident of Purok II, Barangay Daan Banwa, Estancia, was served with a warrant for frustrated murder.
Judge Oscar Leo Sancho Billena of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 70 in Barotac Viejo, Iloilo, recommended a bail bond of P200,000.
