IS RABIYA Mateo going to be in a Hollywood film?
In an interview with Unang Hirit, the Miss Universe Philippines 2020 shared details about her meeting with Hollywood filmmaker, writer, and producer Cyrus Nowrasteh.
“May mga napag-usapan po kaming project during that time. They were planning to shoot something dito sa Philippines at naghahanap sila ng lead na babae.”
On June 29, Rabiya shared on Instagram a photo of herself with Cyrus.
“One day before I leave [the] United States, I was privileged enough to have dinner with Hollywood Director @nowrastehcyrus, the man behind the movie The Young Messiah, and many more great films,” the caption said.
Though nothing is confirmed yet, Rabiya looks forward to the possibility of appearing in her first Hollywood movie.
“Nilatag na po nila ‘yung storyline kung ano ‘yung possible na role ko. Pero nothing is for sure. Hopefully, sana. Malay natin ‘yung first movie ko Hollywood movie,” according to the Ilongga beauty queen.
Rabiya arrived in the Philippines on July 1 and spent a 10-day quarantine in a hotel in Manila.(Cosmopolitan)
