ILOILO City – ILOPRISAA and CDSA 3 figure in another finals encounter – the secondary boys basketball of the Iloilo Schools Sports Council Meet 2019.
The defending champions ILOPRISAA, composed of players from Hua Siong College of Iloilo Red Phoenix, reached the finals after defeating CDSA 5 in the semifinals yesterday.
Led by Reneil Gamboa and Dave Bagatnan, ILOPRISAA easily dominated the CDSA 5 from start to finish to make a return trip to the finals.
CDSA 3, represented by Centerphil SilverKnights, also reached the finals after a 90-75 rout of CDSA 4 which was composed of players from Assumption Passi.
This will be the 3rd CDSA’s fifth final appearance. Last year they were outclassed by ILOPRISAA and settled for a silver medal finish.
In secondary girls volleyball, ILOPRISAA, represented by Central Philippine University, will tangle with CDSA 3 in the championship match today.
