ILOILO City – An improvised explosive device was found in a house being constructed in Barangay Caigon, Maasin, Iloilo yesterday.
Caigon village chief Herardo Mandario alerted the police at around 11 a.m.
Responding policemen safely recovered the explosive device.
It was unclear as this was being written how the device got in the construction area and who possibly brought or left it there.
