Ina Feleo says regular yoga may help relieve anxiety, stress

ACTRESS Ina Feleo said on Monday that regular yoga may help relieve the stress and anxiety induced by the coronavirus pandemic.

In her Instagram post, Ina revealed she does her personal physical challenge daily.

“Haven’t been skipping my daily yoga (self challenge for April). Being in the moment, and finding your breath helps a lot with anxiety and stress,” she said.

Prior to this, Ina admitted that the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting her mental health and causing her anxiety attacks.

And she is fighting her battle through working out and keeping her body and mind busy amid quarantine.

Ina is one of the celebrities who are struggling with anxiety these days alongside LJ Reyes, Lovi Poe, Heart Evangelista and Joyce Pring.(GMA)
