ILOILO City – For trying to avoid a cow, a motorcycle-driving Indian man was wounded.
Surjit Singh of Corville Street in Mandurriao district was confined in the West Visayas State University Medical Center in Jaro.
The 27-year-old sustained abrasions on the face, arms and lips, a police report showed.
At 1:30 p.m. on Saturday Singh was negotiating a road in Barangay Sooc, Arevalo when the cow suddenly crossed the road.
His motorcycle crashed on the road as Singh tried to avoid the animal, stated the police report./PN
