BACOLOD City – A newborn baby girl was found dead on Sunday in Kabankalan City.
Her body was put inside a blue sack at the creek of Sitio Tagbunon, Barangay Carol-an in the city.
Around 6 p.m., Zaldy Espinosa, 33, a resident of the place, found the body and reported it to Kabankalan Police Station.
Investigation is still ongoing as of this writing./PN
