ILOILO City – A man presently detained at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Male Dormitory in Barangay Ungka, Jaro district here, was served with three arrest warrants.
The Iloilo City Police Office and Oton Municipal Police Station executed on Tuesday morning, Jan. 9, the warrants against “Rocky” issued by Judge Regina Centenera Galang-Guarin of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 30 on Nov. 22, 2023.
His three arrest warrants included rape by carnal knowledge with no bail recommended, sexual assault with P200,000 bail, and acts of lasciviousness with P200,000 bail for his temporary liberty.
According to Oton police chief Major Fernand Limbungan, Rocky was detained at BJMP for the crime of murder that transpired in Barangay Pakiad, Oton, Iloilo./PN
