COULD Angel Locsin be teasing Bea Alonzo to John Lloyd Cruz?
On Monday, Alonzo posted a video of Locsin on Instagram where she expressed how much she admires her friend “for choosing to go the extra mile to help our community” during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“So proud of this selfless person. Idol kita,” Alonzo wrote in the caption.
Replying to her post, Locsin told Alonzo “Mas idol kita. One more chance na, may second chance pa,” before adding a laughing emoji.
Netizens caught wind of Locsin’s comment, which is obviously a reference to the two blockbuster movies Alonzo and Cruz had made.
Locsin’s comment came days after Alonzo and Cruz had a social media exchange that left their avid supporters abuzz.
Out of the blue, Cruz browsed through Alonzo’s Instagram page and left a comment on some of her old posts.
Puzzled herself, Alonzo asked her longtime onscreen partner: “2019 pa tong post ko ah, bakit ka nagbbrowse sa ig ko?”
To which, Cruz replied: “Napindot lang.”
As if this exchange wasn’t enough to elicit feelings among their fans, their next replies to each other seemed to have made their supporters lose their composure.
Following their recent public sightings, a lot of Cruz and Alonzo’s fans have been wishing for the two to reunite in another big screen project.(ABS-CBN)
