BACOLOD City – A 47-year-old man was apprehended over charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The 47-year-old Roberto Montecino was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant in his residence in Barangay San Agustin, Isabela, Negros Occidental around 5:40 p.m. on Oct. 31.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the municipal police station.
The court recommended a P40,000 bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty./PN
