BACOLOD City – He was caught collecting bets for the illegal numbers game bookies in Barangay 3, Isabela, Negros Occidental, police said.
The 67-year-old resident Rogaciano Escamila was detained in the lockup cell of the municipal police station, a police report showed.
Isabela police chanced upon Escamila when he was engaging in the illegal numbers game as bet collector on Tuesday.
Recovered from Escamila’s possession were P668 gambling money, a notebook, a ball pen , and pad papers, police said./PN
