ROXAS City – A 31-year-old resident of Brgy. Malocloc Sur, Ivisan was arrested in a drug bust operation conducted by members of Ivisan Police Station past 7 a.m. on Monday.
The suspect identified as Asis Abisan sold one sachet of suspected shabu to a police officer from the Sigma-Philippine National Police who acted as poseur buyer, according to Ivisan chief of police, Senior Inspector Rene Hare.
Recovered from the suspect were five sachets of suspected shabu and P500 bill, the police said.
Abisan was detained at the Ivisan police lockup facility and awaiting charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 to be filed against him./PN
