BACOLOD City – A jail officer surrendered his firearm at the municipal police station of Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental.
The .45-caliber pistol that Jail Officer 1 Jaypee Mialen of Barangay Crossing Magalyon, Moises Padilla turned over to the cops has an expired license.
Mialen surrendered the gun on Wednesday, a police report showed.
The firearm will be in police custody until such time its license is renewed./PN
