ILOILO City – He was listed as the No. 9 most wanted person in the municipal police station of Janiuay, Iloilo.
The 43-year-old Ronnie Besona was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant in Barangay Dingginan, Roxas City, Capiz around 9 a.m. on Thursday, a police report showed.
Besona – resident of Barangay Tambal, Janiuay – faces a murder charge, it added.
Police served the warrant issued by Judge Gemalyn Tarol of the Regional Trial Court Branch 31 in Iloilo City dated July 31, 2017.
He was detained in the lockup facility of the Janiuay municipal police station.
The court recommended no bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
