ILOILO City – A man charged with rape was arrested in Barangay Buntatala, Jaro.
Resident Cornelio Gasparaillo was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 1:30 a.m. on July 6, a police report showed.
Gasparaillo was detained in the Jaro police station custodial facility.
The court recommended no bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
