ILOILO City – Two neighbors in Zone 5, Barangay Sambag, Jaro district had a heated argument that led one to threaten the other, a police report showed.
The 36-year-old Juliet Flores reported to the police that her neighbor Francisco Nobleza threatened to have officers cracking down on illegal drug suspects get to her and have her killed.
Nobleza cannot be reached for comment as of this writing.
Flores said their altercation happened at around 7 a.m. on April 9. She did not say what their argument was about.
She claimed that an irked Nobleza told her, “Ipa-Tokhang kag ipapatay ta ka tungod sinabat-sabat mo ko!”
According to Flores, the incident “caused her anxiety,” the police report stated.
Police referred the dispute to the barangay lupon./PN
