ILOILO City – Arsenio Fabular was accused of selling and possessing dangerous drugs.
The 30-year-old resident of Barangay Cubay, Jaro district faces charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Fabular was arrested and detained at the Arevalo police station, a police report showed.
Two plastic packs of suspected shabu were seized from Fabular at 1:15 a.m. on Aug. 29.
These were on top of one sachet of the same substance he sold to an undercover officer for P2,500 during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Santo Niño, Arevalo, stated the police report./PN
