ILOILO City – A business office in Barangay Arguelles, Jaro district was ransacked. Robbers flee with P400 thousand cash.
Grow Forward JP Inc. employee Kiyote Watanabe, 21, of Japan reported the robbery to the Jaro police station on Saturday.
He discovered the burglary around 7:30 a.m. when he reported to the office.
Police believed there could be more than one robber.
The office’s glass main door was shattered.
Security camera recordings could help the police identify the robbers, according to Senior Superintendent Remus Zacharias Canieso, city police director.
He ordered Inspector Ronaldo Amihan, Jaro police chief, to conduct an in-depth investigation./PN
