KAPAMILYA singer JK Labajo insisted that he is innocent amid the allegation thrown at him by fellow The Voice Kids finalist Darren Espanto.
The allegation stemmed from JK’s “gayness at its finest” tweet allegedly directed at Darren.
JK denied that he was the one who tweeted the homophobic slur, adding that his account was hacked. But Darren believes that JK was bluffing.
Pep.ph chanced upon JK at the trade launch of an ABS-CBN show at the PICC Forum Tent on Tuesday.
The 17-year-old “Buwan” singer said: “You know kasi, the thing kasi with all these interviews, lalabas yung article, yung mga tao and everything, mababasa nila at lalaki pa yung issue.”
He added: “Well, even though, in the first place, hindi ako ang nagpalaki ng issue. I didn’t know the issue in the first place. I privately messaged him. Kung ginusto ko na yung issue lumaki, dapat ako na ang nag-post nung una, di ba? Bullshit, bullshit.” (Pep.ph)
