JOLLIBEE has officially launched its self-order kiosks (SOK) at Festive Walk Mall in Mandurriao, Iloilo City and Jollibee B. Aquino Avenue Drive-Thru on Nov. 25.

These self-order kiosks are designed to cater orders efficiently, so customers could avoid the long queues at the counter when ordering favorite Jollibee meals.

Marketing officer of Jollibee Visayas Leah Marie Sausa said, “It’s easy as one, two, three.”

Avoid the long, boring lines by taking these three steps: Order, pay and claim. Order a meal through the newly-opened kiosks, pay using Mastercard, VISA, or the Happy Plus Card and claim the order at the counter.

To navigate the self-order kiosk, just tap on the screen and it will show all the new products and all the meals available on Jollibee’s menu board; Rice Meals, Super Meals, Value Meals, and so on. The self-order kiosk allows review of the customer’s order; checking the quantity of meals, drinks or desserts ordered, and the total amount to be paid is also shown on screen. Then there are convenient modes of payment through cash or a tap of Mastercard, VISA, and Happy Plus Card. SOK will automatically dispense receipt and order number, and the customer can proceed to claim the meal at the counter.

These kiosks are first to have reached Panay, while the first self-order kiosk in Visayas was launched in Cebu on Oct. 15./PN

  1. I tried this in their diversion road branch… it took 15 minutes of waiting for my number(generated from this “high-tech system) to be called in their cue only to be told at the counter… “Sir, 15-20 minutes for your order.”
WTF! I have already waited 15 minutes for the cue and 15-20 minutes more for them to make my order… what a waste of time!
In fact, it happened during lean hours.

I suggest you go straight to the counter to place your order.

Hgh-tech ang system… bobo-tech ang crew! Di synchronize!
