A demolition by de Lima

IN AID of legislation, my foot! It was a demolition job aimed at President Rodrigo Duterte with the hope that it will incite the people against him.
The Sept. 15 Senate hearing on “extrajudicial killings” was a total waste of people’s money with the main witness’ statements totally irrelevant to the whole purpose of the hearing in the first place, according to Senate President Koko Pimentel.

For all intents and purposes it was demolition job, a crude one at that by Sen. Leila de Lima with only one intention – to make President Rodrigo Duterte look bad, with the ultimate aim of bringing him down.

Except perhaps for the Philippine Daily Inquirer and ABS-CBN television who were salivating with orgasmic pleasure in writing and broadcasting all the juicy fairy tales coming from de Lima’s main witness Edgar Matobato, all concocted and orchestrated by her, the rest of the nation and the social media are outraged by this blatant attempt in making us all look like fools!

That the so-called testimony of Edgar Matobato are all lies and the result of the desperate and crude figment of imagination of de lima – and perhaps with the aid of Sen. Antonio Trillanes (remember the picture of him being pulled out of the Manila Peninsula by the garter of his drawers after his failed attempt to take over a 5-star hotel) – is without a doubt.

Here are some of the lies in that testimony at the Senate hearing:
1. Former Cong. Prospero Nograles did not have any bodyguards that got killed due to politics.
2. Paolo Duterte studied at Philippine Women’s College (PWC) in Davao and not at Ateneo de Davao.
3. He was never a bodyguard to Paolo Duterte as confirmed by a schoolmate.
4. PAOCTF was abolished in 2001 and not in 2002, thus there was no such meeting.
5. Richard King was killed in Vital C office and not at McDo.
6. There is no man named “Edgar Matobato” in the CAFGU list as confirmed by the Philippine Army.
7. Imagine 30 bullets riddled to a victim and still alive.
8. Paolo Duterte was taking drugs and based his statement on looks and hearsay.
9. Matobato initially said he was a ghost employee at Davao City Hall and receives P3K per month but later changed it to P5K.
10. In initial questioning, he revealed he killed 50 persons but later on he said it could be 1,000 or more.
11. He alleged that he was a ghost employee at Davao City Hall but at the same time worked at the police arm office of the City Mayor and received monthly wage but the Commission on Audit and city hall officials already said there is no such ghost employee practice in the city.
12. He said he does not have any cell phones, access to TV, newspapers, or radio; but…the wife of Richard King called him.
13. He said he killed a certain terrorist with a name Sali Makdum. But such name can’t even be goggled.
There’s more but I just mentioned these very glaring ones to show the lies. The Sept. 15 Senate hearing was at best a desperate attempt by de Lima and all the yellow-colored assholes that still cling to the hope that President Duterte will be impeached and Vice President Leni Robredo will take over so they can all go back to their merry ways.

This is also de Lima’s desperate offensive to try to thwart the coming congressional investigation on her involvement to illegal drugs and her relations with “drug lords” she protected while she was the Secretary of Justice.

I’m curious what kind of legislation she hopes to make as a result of these hearings, after all, Senate hearings are only done in aid of legislation not in demolition./PN
