BACOLOD City – A murder suspect hiding for five years was arrested in Sitio Capuling, Barangay Binicuil, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
The 46-year-old Roberto Villano Gargarian was caught on Feb. 23 on the strength of an arrest warrant issued on Aug. 12, 2012 yet by Judge Fernando Elumba of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 61 of Kabankalan City.
The court set the bail bond at P200,000.
It was unclear as of this writing if the suspect was able to secure his temporary liberty by posting bail./PN
