BACOLOD City – Charge with rape, a man was arrested in Barangay Salong, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
He was the 46-year-old resident Danny Cayetano, the No. 8 most wanted person in Kabankalan, a police report showed.
Cayetano was caught around 7:45 a.m. on Sunday on the strength of an arrest warrant that Judge Rodney Magbanua of the Regional Trial Court Branch 61 issued on Dec. 7, 2017.
Cayetano was detained at the Kabankalan City lockup facility.
The court did not recommend a bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
