BACOLOD City – A councilman of Barangay 14 was shot to death by unidentified assailants outside his house in Lumina Subdivision, Barangay Vista Alegre around 6 p.m. on Dec. 11.
Thirty-eight-year-old Rhoule Jay Martir died of multiple gunshot wounds.
Police said Martir was with his wife when attacked.
The motive in the shooting remained unclear, police added./PN
