KALIBO, Aklan – The local government here is studying the possibility of allowing existing colorum or franchise-less tricycles to continue operating at night.
Tricycles are becoming a major option in the mobility of people, particularly in downtown Kalibo and the 16 barangays of Aklan’s capital town.
