THE latest movie of Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla earned nearly P280 million in just five days, Star Cinema announced Monday.
Directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina, “The Hows of Us” grossed P279,511,148.29 as of Sept. 2, as revealed by Star Cinema on its social media pages.
The film opened to a massive P35.9 million last August 29.
“The Hows of Us” has earned rave reviews by reputable critics as well as the highest rating from the Cinema Evaluation Board.
Fans continue to line up to watch the movie which sees real-life couple Bernardo and Padilla play Primo and George, who are struggling to save their long-term relationship.
On Twitter, Bernardo said she is thankful to all those who have supported her movie with Padilla.On Instagram, Bernardo thanked Filipino moviegoers for supporting the film.
