KATY Perry went on a brief trip to space on April 14 (April 15, PH time), and despite making a wild dream come true, she’s happy to have both feet back on the ground.

On X, the pop star shared a post after landing: “There is no place like home,” with an Earth and heart emoji.

Videos and photos also show her kissing the ground after disembarking from the space capsule.

Katy, along with an all-women crew, shot off to space from Texas and safely landed again some 10 minutes later.

They rose 60 miles above the Earth’s surface in a vessel from Blue Origin, the space company owned by Amazon founder Jeff Bezos.

The mission was the first all-woman space crew since Valentina Tereshkova’s historic solo flight in 1963. Katy was with media personality Gayle King, scientists Aisha Bowe and Amanda Nguyen, journalist Lauren Sanchez — who also happens to be Jazz Bezos’ fiancee — and film producer Kerianne Flynn.

Katy previously said she’s dreamt of going to space for 15 years and is “honored” to be part of the all-women crew. (GMA Integrated News)
