A BIRTHDAY bash held in Quezon City on Thursday night for Kris Bernal’s non-showbiz boyfriend, chef and businessman Perry Choi, turned to be an eventful moment because Choi made a surprise marriage proposal.

Bernal and Choi have been dating for more than three years.
