BACOLOD City – Accused of domestic violence, a man was nabbed in Barangay 2, La Carlota City, Negros Occidental.
The 42-year old Erick Ferrer was arrested on the strength of an arrest warrant on Sept. 6, a police report showed.
The La Carlota police served the warrant the court issued in relation to the charge for violation of Republic Act 9262 (Anti-Violence against Women and their Children Act of 2004) that Ferrer faces.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the La Carlota City police station./PN
