ILOILO City – Policemen raided a laborer’s house in Barangay Macatol, Pototan Iloilo on Tuesday.
They recovered an unlicensed .45 pistol with ammunition and magazine.
The laborer, 44-year-old Ricky Aldamar, was arrested and taken to the Pototan police station.
The raid was carried out at around 9 a.m. The cops were armed with a search warrant.
Aldamar failed to show pertinent gun documents.
He faces a charge for violation of the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act./PN
