BACOLOD City – A laborer was arrested in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Poblacion, Bago City, Negros Occidental.
Policemen of Bago staged the entrapment that led to the arrest of Mark Anthony Baydid, 34, a resident of the village on Jan. 5.
Recovered from Baydid were four sachets of suspected shabu, P567 marked money and drug paraphernalia, a police report showed.
Baydid was taken to the Bago City police station where he was detained. Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against him./PN
