BACOLOD City – A laborer was found dead in Barangay Orong, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
Police identified him 31-year-old Joemar Villa Torres, a resident of the village.
According to police investigation, the victim – who was reportedly drunk – was found lifeless around 4 a.m. on Feb. 23, it added.
Officers of the Kabankalan City police station have yet to rule out foul play in incident./PN
