BACOLOD City – A laborer was found dead in Barangay Matab-ang, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
Police identified him as 55-year-old Eugenio Espada Jr., a police report showed.
He was found lifeless around 6 a.m. on May 6, it added.
According to police investigators, Espada was believed to have died due to a pulmonary disease.
Officers of the Talisay City police station ruled out foul play in the incident./PN
