ILOILO City – A laborer was hurt in a hit-and-run accident in Barangay Hacienda Conchita, San Dionisio, Iloilo.
Resident Edwardo Azucena sustained bruises on the body. He received treatment at the district hospital of Sara, Iloilo, a police report showed.
Azucena was walking along the road when unidentified vehicle hit him around 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, the report added.
Officers of the San Dionisio police station have yet to identify the driver of the vehicle, who fled after the incident./PN
