ILOILO City – A laborer was wounded in a hacking incident in Barangay Balabag, Pavia, Iloilo.
The 20-year-old Bryan Binas, a resident of Barangay Baguingin, Tigbauan, Iloilo, sustained an arm injury, a police report showed.
He was brought to the Western Visayas Medical Center in Mandurriao district.
Tagged suspect was Joelito Gracia, 22, of Sibunag, Guimaras.
According to police investigation, Binas and Gracia had an argument while having a drinking spree around 11:30 p.m. on Feb. 17.
Gracia was detained in the lockup cell of the Pavia police station./PN
