ILOILO City – Charged with three counts of rape, a laborer was arrested in Barangay Binantuan, Panay, Capiz.
Rodel Quiazon of Baranagay Pili, Panay was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 8:20 a.m. on Sunday, a police report showed.
Officers of the Panay police station served the warrant issued by Judge Esperanza Isabel Poco-Deslate of the Regional Trial Court Branch 1.
Quiazon was detained in the municipal police station’s custodial facility.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
