ILOILO City – A laborer was shot in Barangay Libo-o, Passi City, Iloilo.
Police identified him as 24-year-old resident Francis Quidan who sustained gunshot wounds on the body.
According to investigation, Quidan was harvesting fruits when resident Jomar Palomo, 40, shot him around 3 p.m. on March 8.
Quidan was brought to the Don Valerio Palmares Sr. Memorial Hospital for medical treatment but was later released.
Officers of the Passi police station conducted a manhunt operation for Palomo’s arrest who fled after the incident./PN
