ILOILO City – A laborer was wounded. A relative stabbed him during an altercation in Barangay Dagami, Maasin, Iloilo.
Jey Cordero, 21, sustained a stab wound on the left chest, police said.
Tagged suspect was Francis Cordero, 28.
The incident happened around 10 p.m. on April 5.
A police report showed that the two were binge drinking at the house of another relative.
The victim was confined at the Ramon Tabiana Memorial District Hospital in Cabatuan, Iloilo.
The suspect surrendered to the police soon after, and is being detained in the Maasin police station jail./PN
