PANITAN, Capiz – Policemen served an arrest warrant to a 19-year-old lad in Barangay Pasugue here charged with qualified theft in Panay, Capiz.
John Paul Albay was a resident of Barangay Buntod, Panay. He was taken to the Panay police station.
The warrant of arrest was issued by Presiding Judge Esperanza Isabel Poco-Deslate of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 19 in Roxas City on June 16, 2020.
The court set Albay’s bail bond at P40,000.
It was unclear as this was being written if Albay was able to post bail./PN
