ILOILO – Around 12:05 a.m. on Feb. 4 a young man was wounded in a shooting in Barangay San Fernando, Barotac Viejo, Iloilo.
Mark Ravin Alcazar, 19, was a resident of the place.
According to the police, Alcazar was homebound with his pal, Jay Dela Cruz, 18, when attacked.
A suspect had been identified – Jeboy Bayona, 19.
Alcazar, wounded on the back, was taken to the Gov. Niel D. Tupas Sr. District Hospital.
Dela Cruz was unhurt.
